I have both my Device Settings and Sky Devices both configured the same using the name of my laptop. I can watch any Virgin channel but when trying to watch sky sports on the same laptop I get the message
"You have reached the limit for registered devices"
Ads I say the same name of the laptop is set in both Virgin Device Settings and Sky Devices.

I am sorry that there's be a bit of a surprise on the TV Anywhere, I can see that it's mentioned it's maxed it's device, can you confirm that this is only one device and there are no others in the home?
Also have you tried removing the device/app and retrying?
