I currently have a TV L and broadband package with no phone line, Its getting pretty expensive and Im thinking about cancelling but I wondered If it was possible to just cancel my TV for now and carry on with just my broadband? Thanks in advance for the help, tried to web chat but its just not working.
If you have not got a Virgin mobile & cannot use 150, the number is 0345 454 1111 (standard call rates, & included in any minutes or call plans you have to standard landlines) then select option 4 then 5. That will put you through to the UK based Retentions dept, who will be able to give you the best deal on a downgrade.
