Thanks for posting on the Forum. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing adding premium rate channels to your TV package via your TiVo®.
First of all, please make sure that your TiVo® is set to allow PIN purchases, as when upgrading via the TiVo® it needs PIN confirmation.
To check this:
Home >Help & Settings>Purchase Controls- please make sure that PIN purchases are enabled.
If you are having further problems with this, please give us a call on 150 (Free from a Virgin Media landline & Virgin Media mobile) or 0345 454 1111 (from any other phone), or contact us via WebChat on Contact Us so we can check your account to see what's causing this problem.
