Cable not working

Hi my cable isn't working downstairs and I got no credit to call and sort the problem out

If you can't give VM a call, you can either wait here for the forum team to respond which could take a couple of days at most, or you can try the live chat to see if they can help you further.

Can you please tell me a bit more about what exactly is happening?  


Can you please tell me which box is affected?  I know you mentioned it's the downstairs box, I see you have different types, if you can tell me which one is affected this will help me look into this further for you.
