C501 error

We are continually getting a c501 error message. We have reset the box checked the 2 things that your forums day need testing and they come up with no errors. Please help.

Thanks for making us aware of this.

 

What I would like to do here is to arrange for one of our engineers to check the signals so I'm just going to pop you a private message with appointment times which you will find if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of the screen.
