C133 error! Please help!

We have a c133 error code since this morning area 31
Virgin said they could not see any issues but engineer cannot attend until the weekend!
Any suggestions please??

Thank you for coming in for the first time and welcome to the Community.


I would like to help here and the C133 error can be an indicator of a network issue. I have been testing the TV services and I can see that the services are running quite well with no issues or any outages locally. I did see that there are some considerable T3 timeouts which would need some looking into if they remain after a reboot, can you give her a reboot for me please?
