C130

Hi,  I'm getting a message on my TiVo service saying C130 and I cant access on demand service.  Can someone help.

First off, check service status, link: https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/service-status

Reboot your STB. If that doesn't help? Check that the white coax cable connected to the STB is firmly connected, if not, tighten it then reboot the STB again.

Still having no luck? Either wait up to three days for a favicon.png Forum Team member here to respond to your topic here. Or call in and report a TV fault. Or even ask for support via the Webchat: TV -> Loss of my TV service -> Chat online. Note: Access this page from a desktop or laptop. Between 8AM to 8PM M-Sa. All agents busy? reload the page every three minutes and check again.

Thank you Shelke, I've done a reset on my TiVo box and it appears to have cleared the problem. Thanks for responding! 😃
