C119 error on verifying

I have had a error C119 network error when reinstalling the software on verifying.
I have restarted the box after 15 seconds 5 or six times and the network cable is fine???

I got the same problem mate, engineer came round on Monday to install my TiVo box and left before it verified.Ive not been able to watch anything yet and according to Virgin its a software problem that should be sorted by Thursday night. If not ,im gonna cancel, very disappointed
