Box keeps updating over and over and over

So my box is updating it says "Please do not switch off your set-top box. We're updating your Digital TV service, which may take a few minutes. Your box will restart automatically when this is complete

Updating stage 2 of 3"

So when that finishes my box resets and says its starting up... Then it goes off and it dosent turn on. After leaving it for aroumd 15 minutes all the lights go on then off and then it does the same update again. This is ***** me off pay good money for this and its messing me about.

Please help, cheers.

Unlikely, no - if the box is stuck in an update loop it'll need replacing.
