Box keeps restarting

My Virgin box keeping rebooting (BH12 Bournemouth), ran the online test which was inconclusive, is there an online way of reporting a fault?

I know lots of people seem reluctant to use an old fashion phone, but it is your best course action you need to book an engineer call free on 150 via virgin phones. Micky
