Box Nation

How can i stop the subscription to Box Nation ?

Hey PaulFzr,

The easiest way, is either to wait for the forums team to access the account for you, or alternatively, if you gave the customer service teams a quick ring, they can process the order to remove the premium service.

Bear in mind, with all premium services, removing them will be a notice of 30 days. This means you will still have access to the content, and will still be charged for the notice period.

Thank you, I was thinking to give them a call but is pain to wait till u have to give them all details and plus u have to wait Smiley Happy thank u ...seems to be the best way.
