Booking engineer/ declining TV picture and broadband connection

Hi Virgin

Can you please contact me to arrange for an engineer to have a look at my TV reception/ picture - it has seriously declined in the last month.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing picture problems on the TV service right now.  I'll be happy to check this out for you.
