I need to book an engineer online, I've done it before but can't seem to find the page that it's done from. I'm getting constant TV picture pixelation/freezing and it's been happening for weeks now, I'm just getting fed up of it. I've tried running the service test online but that doesn't show anything and there's no link to book an engineer on there. I pay good money and the fee goes up and up every few months only for me to get a poor service like this, I sometimes wonder what's the point of staying. And yes I have checked all the cables and they're fine.

I've tried running remote tests to your TiVo® but getting no response from the box.

I'll have to leave the box on overnight then because I'm usually just getting up at that time or thinking about getting up
So I left the box on overnight and all day for them to scan, so did they actually scan it or was she just bluffing?
I'm just fed up of this, it seems you just don't care, it's like trying to get blood out of a stone. If I leave it on for you to scan you won't even bother and then someone else will come along with another scripted response and I'll end up going round in circles.
