Blocky HD Channels

Hi,

Over the past few weeks my HD channels have been unwatchable.  The channels have rows of blocks appearing on them on both the Tivo box and the HD box we have in our house.  

Can anyone help?

sounds like your cable signal levels are wrong. probably worth phoning up to report, or else wait 1-2 weeks on here for a member of Virgin staff to get to this.

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your picture.

 

I've run diagnostics on your equipment and I can see an issue with your Downstream Power levels that will need to be adjusted. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange for a technician to take a look.
