Black screen

Hi all, whenever I select a channel on my Tivo box at the mo I just get a black screen, if I press 'home' and get Tivo menu, the pic in right hand corner which shows currently selected channel is black but has a 'pause' button...any ideas as driving me nuts? Comes back after about 5 mins but happens again whenever another channel is selected!

Thank you for your detailed post, welcome back to the Community Smiley Happy

 

I'm sorry to learn about the screen and the black parts existing, that must be quite annoying. I've been into the TiVo and tested the connection, everything is looking really healthy, which is good news. 

 

I have noticed this was a couple of days ago and would like to know if there's been any change? If not please can you try this:-

 

Please connect to the TiVo service by selecting Home then Help & Settings > Settings > Network > Connect to the Virgin Media service now.

 

Give that a go and get back to me when you can Smiley Happy
