Bill reduced for catch up and on demand not working

Just a quick one. Im new to virgin and about a week and a half of having my new package installed the tv on demand and catch up service stopped. It says it is a known issue and says its being fixed on certain dates but its changed 3 times and still not fixed. So my question will they reduce my bill for not having the service for several weeks

You can only ask but how much do you think would be fair as a proportion of your monthly bill?

Live TV is available, recording of channels is available but on demand isn't.
