Been upgraded to Big Kahuna along with the price increase that goes with it. Didn't request this and do not have half the channels that are advertised in said Kahuna bundle....also Tivo box seems very slow. So, reduced service=more money? Fed up with ringing up to try and get the costs back down every few months when new customers seem to get it for a much cheaper plan!! Work late, cannot ring from work, online chat is only open til 8pm and no email address to contact. Any ideas from anyone?

I understand it can be a bit of a pain but if you've been upgraded without requesting it, I would strongly recommend giving our team a call to discuss it. They are the team best equipped to resolve this type of issue.
