Beware Swapping from V+ to TiVo

I've been encouraged by VM to swap my V+ box for a TiVo box. Unfortunately they deactivated by V+ box 2 weeks before I take delivery of the TiVo box! This means I can no longer record programs or view programs already recorded. VM gave no notification that the V+ box was going to be deactivated. I've discussed with customer service staff on several occasions to no avail.

If they cant restore the V+ I hope they are going to credit you for loss of service.
