I'm randomly having troubles with my remote, I've changed the battery's twice (thinking I'd replaced with bad battery's) yet my remote randomly stops working, only for it to be working normally a few hours later.
Do I have to report this issue to customer services, or can you help me online?
seems theres rules for certain users and different ones for others. Looking through the forum they openly send them out from here, yet I get told to waste my money calling their call centre.
They used to a few years ago but they no longer do this, but while you were looking through the forums to find 3 or 4 year old posts you didn't see the sticky at the top of the forum titled "Replacement Remote Control"
