Awful service!

I am always getting error c501, I have had his a lot in the past 12 months and it is getting beyond a joke, i pay £130 a month for the top package and expect if I am paying this much I should be able to access my services at all times. I am seriously considering moving to sky if this is not sorted out, I would also like someone to look at all of the downtime in my area over the past 12 months and I would like to be refunded for the times I have not been able to use my on demand service, otherwise I will be cancelling my contracting and going back to sky!

If I was getting that kind of "service " no matter what I was paying you wouldn't see me for dust.
