Ap52 error

Hi all
Noticed an issue with my old v+ box the other day, phoned up and replacement sent through yesterday. Have hooked it up called the number went through the bits with lady and she said within half hour it should be up and running.

About 8 hours later it's still not it had ap52 error and the online light is flashing

Downstairs box broadband and phone all good.

Can someone check my system please ?

Online light flashing means no upstream signal lock. This means the box cannot connect to Virgin's servers. I would call up again, as you may need an engineer out
