Always so slow?

Just moved from sky and I hate to say I'm disappointed! Everything I try to do takes so long especially going onto bbc I player and Netflix, is it always this slow or is there a problem? Feeling duped

Yes still having the issue, especially when using bbc Iplayer or Netflix. We are so tempted to switch back if it's always like this :-(

I'm really sorry to hear that, I know how frustrating it can be!

 

Are the apps just slow to open or are they slow when using them too? Does it only happen at certain times of the day? Does the programs and movies play once the app is opened? Does the picture break up at all when watching content through the apps?

It happens at all times, it takes a long time to open then when using it, it is very delayed but things do play but the picture quality is poor. I have noticed pixilation on occasion.

We have the same issue. Netflix takes forever to load up. It's so annoying,we are looking into moving to sky due to this and that the box keeps freezing. It's frustrating paying for this kind of service.
