All TV Channels say I'm ubsubscribed

Hello,

 

I have recently subscribed and received my TV box, but after installation, it basically shows all channels greyed out and when I click on them, it says I need to subscribed to that service. literally all channels except the 5 basic BBC channels. Can't access anything else than that.

 

I have the full house bundle, which means I should have access to lot of channels, as far as I know, so is there something to do to "activate" the channels that I don't know about? I haven't found any way of getting any channel.

Firstly, have you called to activate the box. If you have then give Customer Services a call as this is usually an issue with your account at Virgin's end.
