Adding premium channels

I added the Sky Movie package through my TV last night. It said it can take up to 4 hours to see them added but it's been 12hours and are still not present? Can anyone advise?

Sorry to hear that the Sky Movie channels are not available after you ordered them.


I've checked your account, I can see that this is showing as active. Are the channels now working for you? If not, have you tried to reboot the TiVo® to see if the channels are now available?
