Hi there, I'm just trying to add the HD and Baby TV package to my bundle via the website. It says there's an error and I have to call. Has anybody successfully added extra channels to their package via their web account or is this an annoying way to make me speak to someone who will try and flog me things I don't want!
I was looking to see what the cost of adding a sports package might be and got the same message. I hope it's only a temporary measure as it seems a backwards step not to be able to check before you buy.

You should be able to activate this by giving the friendly Customer Care a call on 150/ 0345 454 1111 or even try our Web Chat. In the meantime, can you tell me if this produces an error code with this message?
Still no joy with the website, it's saying I have to call, which I will obviously have to do...just a bit of a faff when the option appears to be there on the web page. I've attached the message I receive.
