Account closed

So I've paid my bill and I've got a message on my tv saying my account has been closed
What do I do about this

When the bill has been paid the services can take up to 24 hours to resume so any longer than that and there could be something wrong. 

 

I have located your account and everything looks fine at the moment so please let me know if you're still experiencing any problems.
