I have a problem with a V Box upstairs. I've got an AP52/RP52 error. The main Tivo Box is fine, as is another V Box.
The box was unplugged and moved while I've been decorating, but apart from that nothing has changed. I've tried turning off and on again, as well as removing and putting back the coax cable.
I'm really sorry to hear that you were experiencing a loss of service on one of your set top boxes. I also apologise that it's taken some time for this post to be picked up.
I've done some testing and can see that all three of your set top boxes are now showing as fine, with no errors.
