7400 error code

I cancelled my full Virgin package a month ago and everything was switched off yesterday, however after the event I have now reinstated broadband only today. I have error code 7400 on my tv screen and although I have tried to reboot it hasn't cleared it - any ideas please

If you only have broadband then your Virgin TV won't work which is why you're getting the error. Virgin TV is a subscription service. No subscription, no Virgin TV.

You'll have to use another source of getting TV, and Virgin Media may ask for the TV box back depending what box it is.
