6 months free netflix

Hi ,I am a new customer to Virgin been having a problem getting the free 6 months Netflix I have been told that they send out a code within the next 5 days ,I have been waiting since the 15th of April already called them about this and it was the same answer again wait 5 days for the code it is now the 16th of May and no word can anyone or the Virgin team put me straight on this please  x
