Just phoned virgin media got no internet which said there is a line fault but can not get an engineer out till the 28th December how bad is that so no internet over Christmas this is not good customer service when you are paying for a service you expect better customer service I have had nothing but bad experience with virgin I'm most definitelygoing to change my supplier that's 4days with out internet and tv over Christmas virgin media needs to get their act together
Doubt very much you would have got a better response from any other provider in the Xmas period. A neighbour of mine had a problem with their BT line last year on 24 Dec & was waiting until New Year before it was fixed.
