Can I just check what On Demand programs this is happening on and whether rebooting the box by the mains makes any difference?

I'll need to get this raised if it hasn't been already so I'll just need to know whether this is still happening and what error message you're seeing for both.
I'll also need to know what path you choose to find them, for example Home - On Demand - Channel and so on.
Thanks, before I can raise this I need to know as much information as possible.
When I search for Deadliest Catch I am finding 20 episodes within series 12 so I need to know which one it is and what error code you're seeing, whether it's 401 or 453.
