Hello - for several weeks my tv service has been very patchy, first with HD channels not working, then on demand and now more than half of all channels not working (HD and SD). Error code is 3203 - from what I gather, this is a signal error? I have tried to call 150 but get stuck in a loop of resetting the box (v+ hd) to no avail. How do I actually speak to someone or book an engineer?

It might be useful for others (who might have this problem) to know that I managed to get hold of someone at VM on the website livechat (much easier than sitting in a phone queue). I'm pleased to say that an engineer came and fixed it 24 hours later. The problem was "high signal", and was fixed in a jiffy.
