Had 3202 and 3203 errors for over a week and virtually no TV channels.
Phoned 150 on Wednesday night and was "promised" repeatedly it would be fixed within 24-48 hours. Wasn't confident as when I complained that it could take two days the call centre staff insisted only 24-48 hours.
Now Saturday and still no television, no matter how many times I reboot or click check service in my virgin media.
When Virgin are good they are very good, but when anything goes wrong even after all these years they are next to useless. Clearly not spending any of the inflation busting price increases on customer service. Seriously thinking about leaving again.

I'm sorry that you're getting these errors on your TV service. I'll be happy to take a look and help get this fixed for you.
I have carried out some checks and there does seem to be a signal issue here. I will arrange for an engineer to call round and get this fixed. I will send the details in a private message, look for the envelope icon above.
