(301) No Signal xxxx errors - Gold channel pic breakup

I seem to be experiencing loss of picture quality on Gold with accompanying picture breakups on my Virgin HD box. Whilst looking through the 'Technical Stuff' menu section, I see in the log of entries a list of No Signal errors and Post RS errors. Can someone enlighten me on what on earth is going on please?

I'm sorry to read about the image breakup on the Gold channel, this looks like it's being affected by an SNR, (Signal to Noise Ratio), issue. This will be affecting many different channels, services and would need an engineer with, with no outages in the area.
