Re: 30 second delay using remote on unit

Hi Mcphersonscott2

Welcome to the Community, I'm very sorry to learn about the problem you're experiencing with your TV remote lately.

What set top box is this for? If you press the buttons on the front of the box are you still seeing the delay? If not, it could be an issue with the remote itself.

Look forward to hearing from you and getting this sorted.

Craig

Re: 30 second delay using remote on unit

Hi there,

The issue keeps coming back with a 30 delay. Tried three thumbs down and pressing the last channel key (bottom right of hanndset) worked fora short time then went back to the same way it's now becoming a pain in the A**
Cheers,

Any ideas how to sort this out?

Re: 30 second delay using remote on unit

Hi Mcpersonscott2

Sorry to hear about the continued problems with your TV service, what set top box are you having trouble with?

Also, If you press the buttons on the front of the box are you still seeing the delay? If not, it could be an issue with the remote itself.

We'll talk soon

Craig
