I called in on 25 Jan to cancel Sky Sports and movies with 30 days notice, would have prefered them to have gome off immediately, but that's the way it is
I called today to give 30 days notice on downgrading from Full House TV to Player TV, but I can't give 30 days notice because I have to wait until 25 Feb to give 30 days notice. So it is really 42 days notice. And I have to keep the service until 25th March (2 days after my offer expires) when I really wanted it to end on 13th March well ahead of the expiry. Kerching for Virgin.
Why can't I make changes when I want to? Why are Virgin's IT systems so antiquated that they can't cope with their own terms and conditions? Why am I penalised for it?
What I want is Sky Sports and Movies off immediately and Full House TV until 14th March.
