2nd box, different address

Hi, my daughter moves out next week and I wondered if she can take our 2nd box to her new address, and we still pay for it on our bill, as we don't use it? Is this a thing or did I imagine someone telling me you could do it? Thanks!

Re: 2nd box, different address

Hi this is I am afraid not very practical, first the boxes belong to Virgin so if you don't use it & are paying for it you should ask for the packaging and send it back. As for your daughter it is better she sets the whole thing in her own name as Virgin will have to install it correctly testing levels etc, if her address hasn't the cabling already fitted that will need to be done. You can of course pay for it directly to her, but it is best she be the registered bill payer, because if something goes wrong it is far easier for her to get it fixed or replaced, also she can add or remove to her package according to finances. Regards Micky
