10,000 Irish homes had their TV service shut off 19th april 2016
I was one of the 10 000 customers who had their TV service shut off in April it has something to do with MMDS service. Anyway, I was paying by direct debit and Virgin took the money out of my account in April for May despite the fact that the service was shut down. I was told on phone by a customer rep I would get a cheque in post for the amount, but no cheque has arrived. Has anyone else had this problem ? Did they get their money back or do I need to contact ComReg.
