v6 installation

Hi had virgin installed saturday was supposed to be 2 v6 boxes but engineer only had tivo boxes so was given option of them or nothing at all not a good start was promised the v6 boxes by tuesday or wednesday nothing so far and not holding my breath is this sort of service and blatent lying normal for virgin media as i have just come from sky and they were pretty good

When you first ordered you should have had an email confirming your order. Did you get that? 

Only thing to do is to ring in and speak to retentions. They should sort you out. 150 from a virgin phone or 03454541111
