tivo v6 box

Hi all ive got the the V6 box was installed monday for the most part shows recorded without incident on some but not all recordings which failed looked on error page and it said account closed why is this when my service only started on monday this week?

You'll need to phone in I suspect and get it sorted out. Problem is more likely to be their end than yours
