no on demand or catch up since resetting box

Hi all

i called vm the other day regarding Netflix not working and was told to turn power off and on and do the same with my sh2 but that didn't help the Netflix issue and has been escalated.

but today I went into the on demand and catch up areas and there was nothing there.
this all started promising and loved the new v6 but now it's starting to really annoying me. speed is great....but it's nothing if the rest doesnt work.

has this happened to anyone else?

I only got mine installed yesterday and about an hour ago I checked to see if on demand and catchup were there as they were not last night. It showed as nothing there, but I clicked on catchup anyway, then came out of the menu back to TV, then went back to home and catchup and on demand were there. Not sure if it was because I clicked on it or was pure coincidence that it came back after clicking on them.

I found a sort of soft reset process and everything returned
press home thumbs up thumbs down and then the play button in sequence and the box resets. very quickly I might add.
and my catchup and on demand returned.

still no Netflix though.
