Ever since we've had our new v6 boxes we keep getting an error code when logging on which is v312 can some one assist me in this issue, we also have the new super hub regards Nigel Riley
Just had my V6 box installed yesterday. Get exactly the same error message.
Phoned tech support 5 times (3 times because they cut me off)
Have done 3 cold starts, reset the router etc.etc.
Finally got someone who admitted they have had issues with the app not being installed.
They will sort something out within 7 days, so top mark s for an excellent server Virgin!
