installation

Has anybody else arranged installation of a new box and had nobody turn up on either date and no communication from virgin.

Thanks for upgrading your Virgin Media package. To help you keep track of your order, there's a summary of what you chose further down the page.

What happens next?
We'll confirm your installation dateYou've asked for an engineer to come and install your new services on one of these dates:

Thu Jan 19 2017 between 8am - 1pm or
Fri Jan 20 2017 between 1pm - 6pm

We will be with you on one of your requested dates, however if something unforeseeable stops us, we'll let you know as soon as possible and arrange another date that's good for you.

Yes, had the exact same thing last weekend, had confirmation email complete with order number. Heard nothing since. Suppose I will have to phone.

I assume then you ordered online? Apparently the online appointments are not long enough for the V6 installation as they require a double appointment. Best to call them.
