Just tried to order a V6. Guy could not put my order in. Codes he had did not work so have been asked to call back next week. Not even his managers new.
He said normally I should be paying £5 extra per month but he has made a note to cancel this. Whats going on at the moment? really don't understand the pricing.
I'd be inclined to phone again and see if you get someone else.

Yes thanks. I had to double check with CS as Ive somehow being charged less. I'm sure its a mistake as I'm only on 100mb. It did take over 1 hour to sort.
