Resolved! Red Button - V6/TiVo boxes

Trying to watch the Sunderland v LCFC game via the red button and it's not working. It says there aren't  currently any interactive games on any of the sky sports channels...... Please sort this as I'm not getting the service I pay for.

V6 box flickering and going off

Keep experiencing issues with V6 box flickering and then intermittently the screen will go dark for about 4 seconds too. This happens on recorded shows too.Any ideas what the issue is?

What do the solid white arrows mean on V6 box?

HiBox is working fine and connected to internet fine, today I noticed the little arrow symbol on the front of the box, it was a solid white light up/down arrow, not flashing.Its disappeared now, just curious what it means?Thanks

Power Supply V6 Box

We have lost the power cable for our V6 Box during some home renovation. Can a replacement be ordered direct from Virgin Media? Or can I can get a replacement online?
