When trying to load these apps I'm prompted to try again later. Still not working.

I am sorry to hear that the apps won't load up for you on the V6 box.
I will gladly have a look and see what the problem is. I have carried out some checks with the box remotely and so far there are no signal issues, nor network problem that I can detect.
Is the issue still present today? If so, do you get any kind of error message/code?
