Wow tech support for my V6.

just had a phone call telling me I had a problem before I even noticed I had.

Had a phone call from, I assume, tech support, asking saying, we notice you recently had a machine installed is it working ok as it's vanished off our system.
I said fine no problems as I'd only been using virgin anywhere on it a couple of minutes before, and he then assumed it was just their equipment.

Foolishly I should have gone and checked in before saying goodbye, as the box had actually crashed.
Switched it off and on and it works fine now.

So in future, If I get a call like that I will check and not just assume everything is fine Smiley Happy

Think how much quieter the forums would be if they rolled that out for everyone....

Yes.. and change the channel.. I have 4 tivos and they wanted to check which one I was changing so I turned TV on and told them which channel, but she said she wanted to change the channel toi double check.. she changed it to BBC 1. I was surprised lol
