Of course, I'm just venting here. I don't expect anything to happen. But J. H. C. I've not been impressed since I've come back to Virgin Media.
A decade ago I was saddened that I had to move from VM to Sky. I really liked the VM service. To be honest, I was looking for an excuse to go back to VM from Sky.
It came when Sky ramped up my monthly charged one time to often.
The Virgin deal look great: more TV channels, faster broadband, less price. I was conned.
200Mb broadband that only makes 7Mb less I'm surfing at 3am. And now TV that I cannot even watch that has been recorded, not on-demand, recorded, and I cannot watch it.
What is going on?!
It is pathetic.
So, what do I want: a refund of this month's subscription.
There seem to be wide spread issues tonight with watching on demand or anything you have recorded yourself. It's being worked on apparently.
