Watching Recorded TV on laptop

I cant seem to watch my recorded programmes on my laptop, no issues on tablet what am I dooing wrong

You aren't doing anything wrong. No one is able to watch recorded virgin shows directly on a laptop.Windows machines only have a web version of TV anywhere that does not support this option.

Thanks. Not the impression the sales gauy gave me. So only mobile phones, tablets and iPads then

I'm sorry to hear that the Sales agent you spoke to didn't make things clear. As mentioned by jamesofmerton, currently recordings from the V6 box can be downloaded to your Tablet and / or mobile devices. This option isn't yet available for PC / Laptop devices. 

 

If and when it does we'll be sure to let you know.
