Received an email saying I was eligible for an upgrade to the new V6 TiVo box. I have been into offers and upgrades link from my account but can't find where to get the upgrade to the V6 box?. Will I have to call VM cuts services?

Much better to call them.. the online booking has proved to be very iffy.. with VM not actually getting the orders even with a confirmation.

Thanks for your post and it's great to hear you're interested in upgrading to the V6 box.
In the email, there would have been a number to call if you wanted to accept the upgrade. Call that and the team will get things sorted out for you.
If there is no number then speak to the team via 150 / 0345 454 1111 and they'll be able to go through what options are available for the V6 box.
